ICC Visitor Session 【City University of Hong Kong】 Campus Tour, Lunch, & Informal Discussion Session

A student delegation from the City University of Hong Kong is coming to
Waseda and the ICC. Show students from Hong Kong around campus, have lunch
together, and enjoy a a casual exchange session in Japanese. Members of the
Tokyo Hong Kong Waseda Alumni Association will also join.

Program:
11:00am-11:45am Campus tour
*This does not have to be a professional tour.
In small groups, please just show the visiting
students some of your favorite spots on campus!
11:45am-1:00pm Lunch (Okuma Garden House Cafeteria 2nd Fl.)

Note) You are welcome to register even if you are not able
to participate in all of the sessions.
Please indicate what portions of the program
you are able to attend on your application form.
Eligibility: Waseda students who are able to engage in discussion
in Japanese.
Capacity: Approximately 20 people
(In the case of a large number of applications, priority will
be given to those who can attend all parts of the program.)
Fee: Lunch fee to be born by the participants themselves.
Language: Japanese
(For personal conversation, feel free to use Chinese or English
as appropriate)

Attention sports fans!
Enjoy ping pong and exchange with members of the Waseda Table Tennis Club!
First, play a fun round of doubles matches with other participants.
Afterward, if you would like a challenge, you can even try playing against
a table tennis club member!
Whether you are a serious player or a beginner just looking to have some fun,
if you enjoy ping pong then don't miss this event!
Program:
1) Doubles Tournament (ICC will match you with a partner)
2) Demonstration game by the Waseda Table Tennis Club
3) Challenge session with Waseda Table Tennis Club members
Capacity: Around 50 participants
