how tasty it looks, only to get a bit closer and realize that it's a plastic fake?

The food replicas, found in bento shops, family restaurants, crepe stands, and
other stores in the streets of Japan. They look good enough to eat and are uniquely
Japanese, making these models great souvenirs for visitors from around the world.

For this ICC event, hear a professional food replica maker talk about the history
of food replicas in Japan and explain how they are made. Afterward, you will be
able to make your own food replica which you can also keep as a souvenir!

Come learn about this interesting piece of Japanese culture and try making your
own, one-of-a-kind food replica to show to your friends and family back home!
